Thomas Woods: Nullification a Tool We All Have

I recently came across an interesting video done by Dr. Thomas E Woods, Jr., who in essence suggests that the collective united States share a duty to reign in the FEDERAL Government through the process of “NULLIFICATION” when they go beyond the scope of powers granted to them by the States [We The People]. Interestingly, according to Woods, there is sufficient historical evidence that shows a long tradition of State leaders who not only understood this concept, but they weren’t afraid to implement this strategy, when circumstances warranted. Which begs the question, could this tool offer a viable solution to recent reports of the National Security Agency (NSA) collecting and storing “METADATA” on all communications of unsuspecting Americans without probable cause, or due process which violates their [FEDS] mandates pursuant to the 4th and 10th amendments of their Constitution.
